Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of Project Ring Inc. provides strategic leadership, governance, and fiduciary oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission with integrity, accountability, and transparency. Our board is composed of dedicated professionals and community leaders who bring diverse backgrounds, expertise, and a shared commitment to serving individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, financial hardship, and other life crises.

Together, the Board works to guide the organization's long-term vision, strengthen community partnerships, support responsible stewardship of charitable resources, and help expand Project Ring's impact throughout New Jersey and beyond.

Ashley Guillermo

Founder, President & Executive Director

Ashley Guillermo founded Project Ring in 2016 while attending Roxbury High School after recognizing the need for greater access to mental health resources and compassionate community support. What began as a grassroots initiative focused on spreading hope has grown into a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to homelessness outreach, mental health advocacy, crisis support, resource navigation, education, and community engagement.

Ashley currently serves as a paramedic in Jersey City, New Jersey, where she witnesses firsthand the challenges individuals face when navigating mental illness, substance use disorders, housing insecurity, poverty, and barriers to healthcare. Her experience in emergency medical services, combined with years of nonprofit leadership, continues to shape Project Ring's mission and strategic direction.

As Founder and Executive Director, Ashley oversees organizational operations, program development, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, volunteer engagement, and long-term strategic planning while remaining committed to building communities where every individual is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Kendall Warsaw

Chairwoman of the Board

Kendall Warsaw brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, technology, strategic planning, and organizational development.

She is the former Executive Director of the Provident Bank Foundation, a former Consultant with Deloitte, and currently serves as Co-Founder of FutureState, LLC. Throughout her career, Kendall has partnered with hundreds of nonprofit organizations, foundations, and corporate partners to strengthen governance, improve operational effectiveness, advance digital transformation, and promote long-term organizational sustainability.

Kendall previously served as Customer Success Portfolio Lead for the nonprofit industry at Salesforce and has also advised nonprofit organizations through her work with Blackbaud, helping organizations enhance fundraising, stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and impact measurement.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. A Fellow of Lead New Jersey, Kendall provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and executive guidance to support Project Ring's continued growth and long-term success.

Terry R. Pence

Treasurer & Trustee

Terry R. Pence serves as Treasurer and Trustee, providing financial oversight, strategic guidance, and operational expertise to support Project Ring's long-term sustainability.

As Founder and Principal of Double Eagle Systems LLC, Terry brings more than 35 years of experience in information technology, business intelligence, financial management, analytics, and organizational strategy. A Master-Level Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), he has designed and implemented enterprise business solutions for Fortune 100 organizations throughout his distinguished career.

His expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, governance, and organizational development helps ensure Project Ring maintains responsible financial stewardship while maximizing the impact of every donation, grant, partnership, and program

Ronald Tyson

Board Secretary& Trustee

Ronald Tyson brings more than two decades of leadership experience in emergency medical services and military service.

Throughout his career, Ronald has served in supervisory and leadership positions within emergency medical services, providing operational leadership, mentoring healthcare professionals, and responding to complex medical emergencies throughout the community.

In addition to his civilian career, Ronald proudly serves as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, accountability, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to public service.

As Board Secretary, Ronald supports organizational governance, board administration, strategic planning, and community engagement while helping ensure Project Ring remains focused on its mission and long-term organizational objectives.

Brianna Wyble

Trustee – Community Outreach & Advocacy

Brianna Wyble brings a compassionate, community-focused perspective to Project Ring's Board of Trustees.

Her commitment to serving others and strengthening community connections supports the organization's outreach efforts and mission of ensuring individuals have access to essential resources and supportive services.

As Trustee, Brianna assists with community outreach initiatives, volunteer engagement, advocacy efforts, and organizational growth while providing valuable insight into community needs. Her dedication to compassion, service, and community engagement reflects the core values upon which Project Ring was founded.
